  1.    If you desire a feeling for where this program fits into
  2. the general scheme of things please read ALP_INTR.TXT.   It
  3. was included on the ALPS Software Disks.
  4.    This program can be used to develop Operator Process
  5. Charts.   The definition of an Operator Process Chart is:
  6. *" an operation process chart describing the work done by one
  7. operator.  (See Right- and Left-Hand Chart).   Synonym:
  8. Operation Time Chart."   Right- and left-hand chart is
  9. defined as:*" a chart on which the motions made by one hand
  10. in relation to those made by the other hand are recorded,
  11. using standard process chart symbols or basic therblig
  12. abbreviations or symbols."
  13.    This chart is often used as an operator instruction sheet
  14. in many factories.   Therblig symbols are not used in this
  15. program but are in the Simo Charts program.
